Old and New Testament both point on one particular theme that has little to do with physical destruction of the earth. Only money, power and influence, the elements of oppression are the core factors of destruction. The good news being for the poor is for a logically applicable reason. Economics, plain and simple! It's amazing how the vast majority completely miss or overlook what the Bible is actually talking about from front to back.
