End Of The World 2012?

Hi, before you all read this discussion, i don't want to hurt anybody's feelings.

i don't believe there is a 'man' named god who is watching over us. Every human is afraid, we're the most weak animals alive. If we can't see things or can't explain things we have to give it a name. The beginning of the earth and all living creatures in it is scary so we have to give it a name to make it oke. And to me thats fine! But please don't talk about hell and heaven.. I am a atheist and i am very happy. I take care for sick and old people, thats my job and i am only 18 years old. I am not a liar en don't steal. So why do i go to hell? because i don't believe there is a big white man with a beard somewhere in the sky? I'll be a good person just because i take care of the other humans here in this world. And that is my believe. Stop push people into the Christianity. please.

You come on a Christian site and say" Stop push people into the Christianity." please. Excuse me. this is a christian site. you came on here of you own free will and have the gaul to say this "poor me" wash. If you do not "believe" why do you even care or even need to bring the subject up? If I go on one of your atheist-so called sites. they will not even let me post what I want to say. go say your foolishness there. At least Christian sites are not afraid of letting you peole post. What a bunch of whiners about "nothing" which supposedly God is so why not get on with your so called "good works" and quit crying over"the thing which does not exist.

Hey ElsV, thanks for your post.   I'd much rather read a post like yours than the 70 spams I am currently working through deleting in this forum category.    You say you don't believe in a bearded man up there somewhere.  Neither do I.  But I do believe that this world was created rather than evolved.  there are only two beliefs as to how the world came about: evolution or divine creation.  I think this is something you need to think about as the  day you die, what you believe about life after death will be put to the final test... and you cannot afford to be  wrong.  So if you have a moment, check out the following link on evolution, then go to the menu and look also at the pages on DNA, The Big Bang, The Universe, Gravity, http://www.endoftheworld2012.net/evolution.htm ; Take care, Matureo (webmaster)

Why do you take care of the sick and the old?  What is the point?  If you are an athiest, and explain everything from an analytically scientific perspective, how do you explain morality?  What is the point of supposedly being a good person?  What difference does it make at the end of the day whether you help the sick and the old or harm the sick and the old?  What are the consequences?  There are plenty of outright criminals that are just as happy with their evil deeds are there are people happy with their deeds of kindness.  What makes the difference and why does it matter?

my my...All have there rights in freedom of choice..Ask your self this question??  how were you made,how were the trees and the air made??  How  were the oceans made..We can look to science and get alot of answers threw them but,when it come down to it science doest have all the answers...To not believ and come to a christian site is a wonderful thing..I welcome you even though i just sighnef up minutes ago..Lol...you can learn lots here from what im seeing..

So you should be welcomed and not judged upon by me...Start with the questions on here that i asked and then look around out side and imagine such a source that can make such wonder that we were given to live in.....

this forum is also about the events of 2012..its good to have all come to see what comes ahead no matter who we are......God bless...from a christian...

As christians we are to welcome all...not judge all..God made people to be different and threw Adam and Eve evil came..to be a christian is to love and teach the word of God and to bring others to the understanding of Gods word..Cant do this pushing anyone away...So i welcome whom ever does not believe for if we dont show and teach and phrosie (spelling) how would anyone ever understand the word and words of ourl blessd Lord..Amen..God bless

The idea that if you're not good you'll be thrown into a burning lake of fire when you die is utter nonsense. That you might or might not be wrong as a condition regarding when you die is a first heaven concoction that will pass away. Virtually all religions subtly or outright dis one another as not really being saved. How does one really know whether they're officially signed up with the right God belief structure, doctrine or theology??? For instance I know many Baha'is who are more Christian-like in daily practice than most self proclaimed, born again Christians. And The Baha'i Faith emerged from Shi'a Islam in 1844 (Babi Faith)-1863 as the world faith that was to represent and fulfill all religions on earth. Many devout Christians secretly despise Baha's, and not just Muslims who outright hate them to the death. The ONLY real salvation is found in strict adherence to, "The Absolute Whole Truth And Nothing But Whatsoever!" Exactly because it's the very essence of all that is education on a scientific and thorough level- to the n'th degree! directly Addressing specifically the meaning of the Hebrew Name, "Jehovah": "BEHOLD!- WE ARE, THAT WE ARE ALL THAT YOU NOW AND EVER SHALL- BEHOLD!" Youz' already been standin' there lookin' at "IT" all along. So it might be wise to discover everything there is to know about "IT", eh???
