End Of The World 2012?

I just read this headline on the web about the current weather in England,

"Army rescues 1,000 drivers stranded in cars for 12 HOURS as UK is paralysed by heavy snow (with more on its way)" [Friday 8, Jan 2010]

And some people would have us believe that there is Global Warming.  They obviously don't read the news papers.  Global warming is being used to convince the world that we need a new world order (that will lead to a one world government - police state earth). 

However, the big freeze in England and in other places and natural disasters in general are evidence of one thing - not global warming - Bible prophecy coming true.

Global warming (if it exists, which I don't think it does) is like a hot water bottle compared to the fate that awaits many people if they do not turn their cold hearts toward God. 

All the natural disasters like tsunamis which have been on the increase lately, should be a warning to people that, as you say, Bible prophecy is true and can be trusted and is giving people a chance to see the ultimate danger they are in.  God is merciful and he has warned us that these things will happen before an ultimate day of judgement. 

When you see the increase in frequency and intensity of these things, the Bible says it is like the ever increasing pains of child birth.  However, in this case, it will not give birth to something as wonderful as a child but will usher in God's final judgements on the earth.  I hope that people reading this site will see the opportunity they are being given to get their lives right with God before they die.

Man, just imagne how cold it would be if we didn't have globle warming! HA! we might be under 50 feet of snow and ice. HEE HEE!

Here's another news item for you.  The Asia chapter of the U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's (IPCC's) 2007 Working Group II report, said that glaciers in the Himalayas were receeding so fast that they would be gone by 2035AD.  But new research has revealed and made absolutely clear that that this is not true!  OOPS!!!  :(Those preaching global warming were using this as an illustration of the effects of global warming.  Sorry, its not happening.  The glaciers are not melting.    To see the full article CLICK HERE.

I am sorry to disagree, The weather changes and natural disasters are all to do with global warming, Did you guys miss the programs about the ice cappings melting because of global warming which is adding fresh water to the oceans and causing mayhem with the weather around the world?

TRY THIS EXPERIMENT - Put a cube of ice in a glass of water.  Note how much ice is below the water level and how much is above it. 

Note especially the water level after the ice has been placed in the water.  Perhaps put a mark on the side of the glass. 

Then note water level after the ice has melted.  Is the water higher or lower after the ice has melted? 

 Now, think about ice melting on a global scale.  Some have said that this will cause islands to disappear as the oceans fill with more water.  Not true! 

Water expands when it freezes.  Most of the ice is below the water level before it melts.  So when it melts, it takes up less space.  So instead of our shorelines disappearing, they will actually become lower!

I have no scientific evedence to prove or disaprove global warming. I think its a bunch of crap. Our global weather changes in cycles hundreds of years a part. Some up, some down.

I think our goverment does want a global world order. They want to provide you with food, clothes, job , heathcare, and protection. Everyone is the same. No winners, no losers, no poor, no rich. NO AMERICA OR FREEDOM.They provide and you recieve. The harder you work the more the gov. gets to provide for the ones that don't. I think GOD is slapping us up side the with all the " natural" desasters to say wake up! We need to take control of our gov. and our own lives. I want small gov. low taxes, protection of our money, and our borders. Life's a bitch and the gov. does'nt need to help the that cause!

I guess there is no one that thinks the way I do about gov. control. I tell all that read this that our gov. wants to control every part of your life! your food, work, home, travel, medical care, schools, !!!!!!!!!!!!!!AUH! Read your constitution. Our for fathers (founders of the constitution) told us that our rights were given to us from GOD! You have a right (by the constitution) to believe any thing and do anthing you want inside those rules.  Please read it, learn it and try to understand it, and dare I say live by it. 

I share your concerns about the government trying to control our lives.  While they may come across to some as well intentioned, they still, as you say, override the US constitution (not being an American myself)
